Rock Brown, the founder and Executive Director of Launch Ministries & The Launch Pad Program is a graduate of Boise State University (BA Secondary Education) and Western Seminary (Masters of Divinity). Rock has been in full time ministry since 1986 (Campus Crusade for Christ, Student Ministries, INC, local church pastor, and church planter). His passion in life is simple: pass on the faith to the next generation! Rock has been married to the love of his life since 1989 and has four amazing children.
Director of Operations
Brenda comes to Launch Ministries with a passion for developing and maximizing people and organizations. As Director of Operations, she is blessed to work with the Launch Pad team to cultivate Jesus-rich arenas for high school students to be authentically loved and grow their faith. A graduate of San Diego State University (BS Child Development), Brenda has experience in business, social work, administration and operations (Family business, Praise International, Children's Ministry) coupled with lots of life experience. Brenda's favorite blessings are being Tony's wife for 33+ years, fun & authentic relationships with 4 adult children & 3 spouses... AND being "Mimi" to 5 treasured grandbabies.
Andrea Priebe joined the Launch Pad team in Feb of 2013. Andrea has a passion for God & for ministry. She, alongside her husband, has been serving in full time ministry since January of 2000. Andrea loves all things Africa (her homeland), her Church (FBC-Boise), and her family (one amazing husband and three darling kiddos).
A graduate of Toccoa Falls College in NE Georgia (BA Education) and Boise State University (MA Literacy Education), Lydia has been with Launch Pad since 2010 serving as our lead Teacher Coach and volunteering at our Timerline High School site. She has extensive experience in the classroom and provides a valuable resource for all of our teachers throughout Launch Pad. Nothing is more satisfying for her than to see young people embracing the truth of God’s word and consequently, the transforming power it has on their lives.
Ruth Ann Mouw
Ruth-Ann Mouw has lived in Idaho since 2009, operating a dairy farm with her husband, Rocky. They have 4 children, 3 in college/ grad school and one in high school. Ruth-Ann taught high school English in Southern California, Special Education in Washington state and now has taught LP classes and has had the privilege of working with teachers at Launch Pad. The opportunity to share the Good News with students is a huge blessing and she prays that God will continue to use the program in the lives of teenagers.
Don is an Idaho, graduating from Meridian High School in 1977. After high school he attended the University of Idaho completing B.S., M.S., and Ed.Sp. degrees. He currently works for the West Ada School District as the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning. Don and his beautiful wife Tammy celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary in July 2017 and enjoy their two adult children, Cody, 27 and Molly 22.
Jan is a life time Idaho resident and Boise State University graduate. Jan earned BA in Marketing and has over 25 years of customer service leadership, marketing and large scale project management. Her career has always focused around her clients and striving to be an excellent leader. She is currently a real estate agent in the Meridian area, where she loves sharing the Treasure Valley with others.
Jan has served on the Launch Pad board for over 2 years, and loves how this ministry truly impacts and significantly the lives of high school students. They have three adult children and three adorable grandchildren who she loves every minute she spends with them!
Curt graduated Eastern Washington University in 1983 with a BS degree in Communications. He worked in minor league baseball for three years before joining Pepsi-Cola Company in 1986. Curt moved to Boise in 1993 and was named Pepsi-Cola Company’s Franchise Manager of the year in 1995. He joined the management team at Nagel Beverage Company in 2000 where he also was named to the board of the Nagel Foundation, and became its executive director in 2009. Curt is part of his church’s worship team and is involved with Bible Study Fellowship. He and his wife Cynthia have three adult children and two grandchildren.
